In the course of providing the Service, and in order to ensure its appropriate quality, the Provider takes every measure that can be reasonably expected so that it carries out its activities as providers in the given situation would generally be expected to. Within this framework, the Provider continuously monitors and maintains the system providing the Service and, in case of possible malfunction, repairs it appropriately within the limits of the available technical means.
The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from domestic or foreign official regulations, refusal or late granting of required official permits, force majeure, natural disaster (vis major), or any other cause or event outside the Provider's control for which the Provider cannot be held responsible, nor for damages arising within the Subscriber's scope of interest or as a result of the Subscriber's failure or late performance of the conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions. With the Order, the Subscriber unconditionally agrees that if they do not fulfill their obligations, the Provider may provide the necessary Subscriber data to third parties also bound by confidentiality for the purpose of subscriber identification and/or enforcement of claims.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUBSCRIBER
Upon conclusion of the Subscriber Agreement, the Subscriber is obliged to pay a one-time subscription fee as well as the due fees specified in the Pricing; payment of these fees is a prerequisite for joining the Provider's system. In addition to the above fees, the Subscriber is obliged to pay the usage fee at the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual intervals chosen by them, if they indicated this on the Service Order. The amount of the fees is determined by the Pricing in force at the time. The Pricing forms part of the Service Order.
Based on the Subscriber Agreement, the Subscriber is obliged to pay fees to the Provider for the Service provided, against the payment request issued and sent by the Provider prior to the billing period, according to the terms of the Pricing that forms the annex of the Subscriber Agreement at all times. The Subscriber may pay the fees via PayPal, SMS, or bank transfer.
The Subscriber may dispute the correctness of the amount specified on the invoice with customer service within the payment deadline indicated there. The Provider examines every objection on the merits. In case of doubt, the Provider must prove the accuracy of the contents of the invoice. If the objection is justified, the Provider credits the incorrectly determined amount to the Subscriber on the next periodic invoice. The Provider is entitled, with notification to the Subscriber, to modify the billing period and the billing date due to possible legislative changes or in order to comply with them.
If the Subscriber does not pay the fee shown on the payment request by the indicated payment deadline, or does not prove that they have taken all measures necessary to transfer the amount, the Provider is entitled to restrict or suspend the use of the Service, i.e. the access right to the Service, with immediate effect. If despite the above measures the Subscriber still fails to pay the fees due to the Provider, the Provider deletes the Service after 10 days and suspends the contract with immediate effect.
The Orderer is responsible for payment of the Service fee, regardless of the actual user of the Service.

Data Provision
The Subscriber declares that they are authorized to conclude the Subscriber Agreement in their own name and their contractual capacity is not limited.
The Subscriber must immediately notify the Provider of any changes in their data, particularly data related to billing and Service performance.
